CAN I GET MY TENT DELIVERED?

Delivery of your tent will need to be quoted before purchase, Get in touch and we can sort you out!

HOW DO THE PRE ORDERS WORK?

To pre order a tent you only have to pay a 50% deposit which will lock in your order. The remaining 50% is then paid prior to pick up.

WHEN WILL MY PRE ORDERED TENT BE READY FOR COLLECTION?

At the moment all pre ordered tents are expected to be ready for pick up by mid May.

WHERE DO I COLLECT MY TENT?

Tent pickups are in Sandringham, Auckland.

CAN I GET MY TENT INSTALLED ON PICKUP?

We do offer an installation service, this costs $150 and is about an hour wait. Conversely if you have a basic set of tools and a fair idea how to use them it's definitely DIY friendly.
